How Does the Wholesale Order Process Work?

Send your request: Tell us the product type, size, quantity and where it will be used.
Needs assessment: We review your request and determine suitable product and production options.
Preparing the quote: We prepare a custom quote based on product size, clay type, surface finish and quantity.
Approval: We agree together on the quote and production details.
Production: Your order is produced in our workshop.
Packing and shipping: Your products are carefully packed and shipped by pallet within Türkiye, and by pallet or container for overseas orders.

Who Can Place a Wholesale Order?

Our wholesale terracotta pot orders serve a wide range of customers. Garden centers and nurseries, landscape architecture firms, hotels and resorts, restaurants and cafés, architecture and interior design studios, shopping mall and residence managements, event and venue decoration companies, and overseas wholesalers and exporters are among the main groups we work with. Whatever the scale of your project, simply tell us what you need; together we determine the best product group and order quantity.

How Is Pricing Determined?

Our wholesale terracotta pot prices are not based on a fixed list; they are set according to the characteristics of each order. The main factors that affect the price are product size, the type of clay used, production time, surface finish (glazed/unglazed, patterned) and order quantity. To get a clear quote, we recommend sharing the product type, size, quantity and place of use with us; we will prepare a custom price quote for you.

Is Custom Production Possible?

Yes, under certain conditions we can produce custom pieces. If the model you want can be made on the potter's wheel and the order quantity is high, we can produce it. When requesting custom production, sharing the product type, size, quantity, a drawing or reference image if you have one, the place of use and the delivery city will speed up the process.
